3. User Responsibility & AI Disclaimers

You agree and acknowledge that:

• Reviewing AI Output: The daily logs are compiled utilizing AI LLM summarization. It is your sole responsibility to review, check, edit, and verify the accuracy of all summaries and aggregated reports before presenting them to employers, academic supervisors, or external authorities.
• Credentials Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Acceptable Conduct: You will not use the Service to upload malicious code, fake internship certificates, or engage in attempts to bypass service limits.

4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, user interface designs, logo graphics, source code, and promotional assets related to WorkDiary AI are the intellectual property of **Tharani Jayathura**. You may not replicate, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the software codebase without explicit written consent.

5. Termination & Data Wiping

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Furthermore, you agree that triggering the "Clear All Data" or "Delete Account" options permanently removes all records from our databases. We are not responsible for restoring data lost due to user-initiated deletion actions.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tharani Jayathura or contributors to WorkDiary AI be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of internship marks, employer disputes, or academic disqualifications.
